health, goodness, sustainability

More than a Honey.

Beekeeping

Where nature blooms.
Honey comes to life.

We produce honey respecting the natural rhythms of bees and the environment, enhancing the richness of the existing blooms.
in the territories in which we operate. Our multifloral honeys are made from the nectar of different botanical species and are distinguished
for their sensorial identity, color, aroma, and flavor, revealing the authenticity of the landscapes in which they are produced.

We combine innovation and care for the territory through a model that integrates beekeeping and agrivoltaics, where the hives are placed in contexts
unique places where technology and nature coexist. This approach helps preserve the biodiversity of Italian landscapes,
enhancing its environmental resources in a sustainable way.

We produce responsibly, integrating beekeeping into agrivoltaic systems to strengthen biodiversity and support the natural balance of the land.
Our approach combines innovation and respect for the environment, ensuring quality honey and contributing to healthier crops.
Bees become the protagonists of a sustainable production model that enhances nature and brings concrete benefits throughout the entire process.

Our varieties

Our honeys are distinguished by their wide variety, linked to the different blooms and harvesting areas. The result is a product that naturally varies in color,
aroma and flavour, with particular attention to productions linked to the most characteristic environments of Italy,
where bees play a fundamental role in the balance of the ecosystem.

Barena

It is a rare and precious honey produced within the Venice lagoon.
A yellowish, opaque color, it has a delicate flavor with salty notes and a slightly floral aftertaste. It is a honey obtained primarily from the nectar of Limonium vulgare, prized for its uniqueness and connection to the lagoon ecosystem.

Chestnut

It is a monofloral honey produced by bees that live near chestnut trees. Its color ranges from dark amber to brown, with a strong, slightly bitter flavor, reminiscent of woody, leathery, and smoky notes. It is a viscous honey that crystallizes slowly, prized for its properties.
and its unique taste.

Wildflower

It is harvested from the foothills flora of Veneto, at an altitude of 400-600 meters. Its color varies from walnut to brown, with a strong but pleasant taste due to the multiplicity of pollens it contains. It is one of the most nutritionally complete honeys, given the rich and varied composition of essences found in the meadows of the Grappa hillside areas.
