Thank you for shopping with Zilius Green Innovation S.r.l.. This policy explains how we ship your order, what the costs are, and what to expect after your purchase.
Unless otherwise stated on our website, orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding public holidays).
Orders placed after noon or on weekends and public holidays may begin processing on the next business day.
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if provided by the shipping method.
Shipping methods and delivery times
The available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and begin once the order has shipped. They may vary due to carrier delays, bad weather, or other events beyond our control.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, order weight, and selected shipping method. Free standard shipping may be available on select orders, as indicated at checkout.
Customs duties, taxes, and other charges applicable in Canada
Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to GST, HST, PST, QST, RST, customs duties, import taxes, and courier brokerage or handling fees. If import taxes and fees are calculated at checkout, they will not be due upon delivery. If these fees are not collected at checkout, they may be due before or upon delivery and are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise specified.
Customs duties, taxes, and other charges applicable in the United Kingdom
Orders shipped to the United Kingdom may be subject to taxes, duties and import fees. Where available, these charges will be calculated and collected at checkout. If taxes or duties are collected at checkout, they will be shown before you place your order. If these charges are not collected at checkout, they may be payable before or upon delivery and are the customer’s responsibility, unless otherwise stated.
In some cases, additional import fees, customs duties, VAT, brokerage fees or carrier handling fees may be payable when the order arrives in the United Kingdom. These charges are determined by the UK customs authorities and/or the carrier and are the customer’s responsibility, unless it is expressly stated at checkout that duties and taxes are prepaid.
Customs procedures may also affect delivery times. We recommend checking local import rules before placing an order.

Orders shipped to countries in the European Union may be subject to VAT, customs duties, import taxes, and courier brokerage or handling fees. Where available, applicable taxes, duties, and import fees will be calculated and shown at checkout before you place your order. If these fees are not collected at checkout, they may be due before or upon delivery and are the customer’s responsibility, unless otherwise specified.
If checkout indicates that duties and taxes are prepaid, the order will be shipped with these fees already paid, and no additional import charges should be due upon delivery. If checkout does not indicate that duties and taxes are prepaid, you may be required to pay VAT, customs duties, import taxes, or courier brokerage or handling fees before or upon delivery.
Import fees are determined by EU customs authorities and/or the courier and may vary depending on the destination country, product classification, product value, country of origin, and shipping method. Customs procedures may also affect delivery times.
Order tracking

Address accuracy

Lost, damaged or delayed parcels
If your order is lost, damaged, or delayed, contact us and we’ll help you deal with the courier.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Need to change or cancel your order? Contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to accommodate change requests before the order ships, but once it’s in transit, we’ll no longer be able to modify it. Refunds for canceled or delayed orders will be promptly processed to the original payment method, where possible.
